Dream on Volume 9 is a demo disc for the original Fur Fighters game. Despite showing an image from Beaver Power, the only playable level is the Fluffmatch level, You only Fluff twice.
The disc was handed out in various European countries as a free item with certain magazines. In the UK, this magazine was the Official Dreamcast Magazine (issue 8). In other countries, it was given as a free item with Dreamcast: Le Magazine Officiel in France (unknown issue), Revista Oficial Dreamcast in Spain (issue 6) and Dreamcast: Das Offizielle Magazin (issue 8) in Germany.
