Howard is one of Roofus' sons. He is found in Jungle of Despair on a small hut that is located on a small island, which is also inhabited by the Robinson Bear.
How to Rescue[]
To rescue Howard, the player must speak to the Robinson Bear, whose island can be visited by using either a Digging Hole or by swimming there (the long way, as the current is very strong). He offers the baby in exchange for assistance in completing his raft, which he plans to use to return home.
To complete the raft, the player needs to find the Sail and Raft Rudder. Once these items are obtained, they must be given to the Robinson Bear, thus allowing him to go home and granting the player access to Howard.
