The Formatted Floppy Disk is an item obtainable in VAB Building.
How to obtain[]
The Unformatted Floppy Disk can be converted into this item if you insert it in the super computer and fix the fuse. This can be done by entering the computer as Chang, locating the fuse and pushing it across. The disk will then be 'spat out' by the computer.
How to use[]
The Formatted Floppy Disk is part of the final step of preparing the shuttle - you must place it back into the floppy disk slot in the shuttle. This will allow you to rescue Bonnie, as well as Gregory and Jeremy if you are playing on PS2.
