How to obtain[]
You can get it if you shoot a square-shaped black and yellow flap on the "type of energy" that the old "Scientist" is conducting. When you shoot the flap, the duck gets angry, saying that you found him out for an old excuse of a scientist.
How to use[]
The Lucky Elastic Band is needed to give to a duck on a bus to open the gate, leading to the exit, plus three more babies.
